Sue will fast one day per week at home in Australia, including the special day of action for CJF on 17 December.
"I have been deeply searching for ways to shift our global direction and the concept of fasting has been on my mind for about a year. I am a social entrepreneur - Co-Founder and CEO of OzGREEN. OzGREEN educates and empowers people to tackle critical challenges such as climate change and become agents for positive social change. OzGREEN¹s transformative learning and leadership programs foster informed participation, harness people¹s unique contributions and build pathways for ongoing engagement. OzGREEN operates nationally in Australia and internationally in India, East Timor, Papua New Guinea and Pakistan. At home I live a simple life (off the grid) in a family community in a very beautiful part of Australia.
I am taking part in CJF because I am making a stand for my grandson Jackson, those who are yet to be born and for those who are and will be worst affected by the impact of runaway climate change.
I am also making a stand in solidarity with those who have had the amazing courage to take this action of love - especially Paul and Michael who I know, love and respect."
