"I am fasting to acknowledge the link between climate change, poverty, drought and famine. I shall donate the equivalent of what I would normally eat in a day to the Redwood Empire Food Bank in Santa Rosa, California.
I am a member of Green Sangha, an organization that encourages the blend of spiritual practice with environmental justice and right action."
