Andey plans to fast in solidarity between Dec 1-6, then for the duration of the summit from Dec 7-18.
"Presently I am a student at San Francisco City College and San Francisco State University majoring in Environmental Studies and Economics. I am presently working part time for Literacy for Environmental Justice and Glide Memorial Church. I am taking part in CJF for my son, Antonio, who will turn 5 yrs old on Dec. 11. My hope is that he will live to see that we did everything in our power to make this a better place than the way it was when we came to be in charge of it, and that he won't have to see so many people suffer at the hands of apathetic consumers and corporations.
